  • Time slots and availability settings
  • Booking data of your customers

For bookers (customers):

  • Name and phone number (for booking confirmation and reminders)
  • Preferred contact method (WhatsApp or SMS)
  • Selected appointment and time

Important: Customer bookers do not need an account and do not have to provide an email address. We do not use tracking cookies.

4. Server log files

The provider of the website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files that your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. Merging this data with other data sources does not occur. We reserve the right to review this data retroactively if concrete evidence of unlawful use becomes known to us.

5. Cookies

🇪🇺 All data stays in the EU: Your booking data is stored exclusively on servers within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany and Amsterdam, Netherlands). No data transfer outside the EU takes place.

🔐 Encrypted storage: All sensitive booking data is stored encrypted. Data transmission is via SSL/TLS encryption.

📦 Minimalist data collection: We only collect data that is absolutely necessary for appointment management. No tracking cookies, no unnecessary data.

7. Contact form

If you send us inquiries via contact form, your information from the inquiry form including the contact details you provide will be stored for processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

8. WhatsApp & SMS reminders

If you make a booking and choose WhatsApp or SMS as your contact method, we use your phone number exclusively for sending booking confirmations and appointment reminders.

Reminders are triggered manually by the service provider – there are no automatic messages. Your phone number is not used for advertising purposes or shared with third parties.

9. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

  • Free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing
  • Correction of incorrect personal data
  • Deletion of your data stored with us
  • Restriction of data processing
  • Data portability (data export)
  • Objection to the processing of your data

10. Objection to marketing emails

We hereby object to the use of contact data published in accordance with the imprint obligation to send unsolicited advertising and information materials.
